Creed is one of Bangladesh’s leading international consultant companies. For over 35 years accumulatively, our Chairman and CEO Kazi Naimul Haque has managed issues for a diverse clientele, both in times of crisis and for long-term strategic positioning globally.

Kazi Naimul Haque
Chairman & CEO
As the Chairman and CEO of Creed Group, Kazi is responsible for running all facets of the business. Kazi has a proven executive management track record and over 35 years of experience driving sales growth in the technology industry. Prior to joining Creed Group, Kazi was Managing Director for Avia Trade Ltd, responsible for all global sales and marketing activities. At Creed Group, he led the transformation into an enterprise-focused company while growing sales significantly. He has a record of revenue success as the driving force behind distributions and solutions adaptation, plus a history of business management for his foreign partners. Kazi earned his post graduate degree in business from Dhaka University.
Probir Barua
Deputy Managing Director
With over 33 years of experience in professional fields of administration and business, Probir Kumar Barua, graduated from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 1987 in the field of electrical and electronics. He did defense graduation and master on defense studies (management, war strategy and law of the sea) in 2001. Started career from Navy in early 1980s, Probir Kumar Barua, has served in many naval and inter-service organizations and hold key positions in his naval career. His career in business organizations started from 2007 in different business industries such as gas, satellite service provider, textile, trading, construction and power, consulting and education consulting.
Kazi Ifazul Haque
Director (Marketing)
Kazi Ifazul Haque has multi-year experience working in high performance settings. Gregarious, he has experience working with a multidimensional team and industry leaders in helping excel clients to achieve their goals and needs. Ifazul excels in high stress environments and specializes in providing whole solutions in the high stake’s dynamic environment. Ifazul got his bachelor’s degree in science from the York University, Toronto, ON, Canada.
Ferdous Alam Razu
Director
Ferdous Alam Raju leverages over 30 years of experience in the field of Japanese automobiles and HVAC import, Export, and Trading. He has obtained a Diploma in Japanese language and Social Welfare for the Autistics. Ferdous has a wide range of business experiences in automobiles, automobiles spare parts, HVAC, and so on. Ferdous has a wide range of experience on overseas business and is well-connected with numerous echelons of the government level and socially in Japan and Bangladesh. He is actively involved in social welfare in both Japan and Bangladesh.
Kawsaruzzaman Mamun
Director (Administration)
With a Masters in Human Rights from Dhaka International University, Md. Kawsaruzzaman Mamum, started his freelancing career for business since 2005. He has been developing his business in different sectors, including civil construction, power sector and mechanical installation. Md. Kawsaruzzaman achieved vast knowledge in government sectors and projects in power and energy sector, industrial sector, roads and bridges, airports, seaports, and public work sectors. He has exposure to foreign companies working in Bangladesh. His professional career gives him the vision and far-sight thinking for consulting work for projects in the field of power, energy, civil construction, water and wastewater treatment and environmental projects.
Shajid Moula

After his MBA in 2005, Spain based Md. Shajid Mowla worked with Several Multinational companies such as Acciona, Iberia, Ground Force, Isolux Corsan etc. He is a multilingual global expert with over 15 years of experience in Aviation, Construction, Power & Energy, IT, Finance, Defence, Telecom, and International Trade. He is specialized in all areas of Public Sector Procurement, Project Management, and Business Development. Shajid provides consultancy services to serval diverse companies in different sectors from various cultural backgrounds, He is also an active corporate member of the Spain Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SBCCI).
